set multipot to saute, high. When hot add the oil.

cut sausage in 3/4 inch pieces, add to hot oil. Let sit and brown a few minutes, then stir and brown on all sides.

Add onion, bay leaf, carrots , celery and garlic. Stir and cook until the onions start to turn translucent. Scrape any brown bits from bottom of pot.

Add the spices. Cook stirring for 1 minute.

add a little of the broth and deglaze the pan. Then add remaining broth.

Once the broth is simmering, add the beans. Put lid on Multipon and set for pressure cook high pressure. close the sealing vent.

Set to cook for 20 minutes. Letg pot sit for 15-20 minutes or until pressure is released.
7 Open pot, stir in the spinach . Put lid back on and let sit for
a few minutes until the spinach is wilted.

Add salt to taste
