Directions:  
In a small bowl, combine 1 C. flour, 1/4 C. xylitol, baking powder, xylitol and 1/4 t. salt. Cut in butter to form a dough. Pat lightly into an ungreased 9x9-in. baking pan or largish pie pan.

Arrange peaches over the crust; set aside. In another bowl, beat eggs. Whisk in the remaining xylitol, salt, yogurt and sour cream until mixture is smooth. Pour over the peaches. Sprinkle with nutmeg or cinnamon.

Bake at 450° for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 325°; bake 25 minutes more or until center is set. Serve warm or chilled. Store in the refrigerator.
