Directions:  
In large mug, combine oil, onion, carrot , celery, and thyme. Microwave on high 2 minutes, until vegetables are tender. Add chicken,1/4 tsp. salt, pepper, parsley, and enough water to cover. Microwave on high 1-2 minutes, until heated through. Cover to keep warm, and set aside.
In small bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and pinch salt. Add butter, and cut in with fork until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Add milk and stir just until combined. Dollop into chicken soup mug and microwave on high 30-60 seconds until risen and firm.
