Directions:  
Turn instant pot to sauté. Add onion, garlic, peppers and cook until translucent.
Add turkey burger and cook. Turn off pot
Add tomato sauce, tomatoes, broth, brown sugar, and pepper.
Turn on pot to soup setting.
When done, release steam immediately.
Add cooked rice.
Serve.
