Directions:  
Preheat oven to 425F degrees. Mix basil, fresh breadcrumbs, Parmesan, butter and mustard in small bowl. Set aside.

2. Lightly coat a 7X9-inch baking pan with cooking spray. Lightly coat edges of the pork with Kitchen Bouquet or other browning sauce. [Alternatively: saute pork until edges are brown; reduce oven time.] Sprinkle cutlet with salt and pepper. Place in the pan, seasoned side down. Press basil mixture onto top of each cutlet.

3. Roast in preheated oven until cooked to desired doneness (depending on thickness of meat, 12 to 15 minutes). Let rest for 2 to 5 minutes. Serve hot.
