Directions:  
Sauté onion, celery and mushrooms.

If walnuts are not already dry roasted, toast them in a dry pan.

Whisk together eggs and melted butter.

When turkey is done, pour off broth and put into fat separator. Take 3 C. juice and whisk in seasoning packet.

Combine all.

Bake for 30 minutes at 350.
