LAIT DE PERSIL
Dans une petite casserole à feu moyen, cuire l’oignon vert et l’ail dans le beurre 3 minutes. Ajouter le lait et poursuivre la cuisson 5 minutes. Ajouter le persil et cuire 1 minute. Retirer du feu.
