Preheat oven to 350 degrees - line a 5" pan with parchment paper, bottom and sides

Put the dark chocolate and the butter in the microwave to melt in 30 second increments - do not seize the chocolate

Add the heavy cream and stir

Sift in the cocoa powder and stir

Beat 2 large eggs

Add the allulose

Beat the eggs again, over boiling water for 3 minutes (this will "coddle" the eggs)

Add the vanilla; continue beating until it is white and fluffy

Fold in the chocolate mixture

Pour into your lined pan

Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 20-23 minutes

Allow to cool before un-molding

Whip 1/2 cup of whipping cream to top and serve
