Directions:  
Slice chicken breast and saute in olive oil in large dutch oven pot with a dash of salt and pepper.
Add thyme, celery, carrots, turnip and stir together. (Chop all veg into 1/2" pieces. Add water and salt and bring to a boil.
Add the remaining chopped up veg and simmer for 10 min. Add cooked noodles.
