Directions:  
remove any large fat from the steak, sear in fry pan on medium high heat
add to slow cooker set at four hours, pour in broth, add Lipton soup mix
chop and slice all vegetables, add to slow cooker, pepper to taste add any of your favorite spices, stir and top with mushroom soup do not add water stir and occasionally stir to keep onion from sticking to the slow cooker.
If you want to thicken this dish add a teaspoon of instant mashed potato
use whatever steak you like I had this on hand thawed and decided to try
