Description: Refrigerate cooked roast and BBQ sauce overnight. Do not cover or wrap roast or BBQ when refrigerating. Use lg open plastic tub when refrigerating BBQ sauce, let it breath. Slice beef carefully for texture. Try taking one pound of the cooked roast and dice into small pieces for a mix texture.

Directions:  
1.In large pan boil 1/2 cup of salt and water add roast, cook over medium heat. Cook roast until internal temperatures reaches 155 - 160 degrees F. Let roast cool down to room temperature and refrigerate overnight. Slice roast 1/8-to-1/4-inch thin slices and 4" length 2" wide strips.
