Directions:  
In large skillet over medium high heat, melt 2 T butter.
Cook garlic one minute
Cook shrimp 2 minutes on each side.
Add remaining butter, lemon juice, and water; stir as butter melts.
Remove from heat and taste.
Season to taste with salt, pepper, and more lemon.
Garnish with fresh chopped parsley and serve over pasta or rice.
