Heat the sausage links in the oven, in a small skillet with 1/4 cup of water, or in the microwave for 50 seconds or until it's heated through.

In a oven-proof bowl add the egg and 1 tablespoon of water. Beat until combined. Add the red bell peppers and beat again. Microwave for 50 seconds, stop and stir it. Continue to microwave for another 10 seconds, add the cheese, then continue cooking until the eggs are done to your liking.

Heat the Egglife wrap in a skillet, or the microwave for a few seconds only. Place the egg and sausage on the wrap. ENJOY!
