Directions:  
Whisk together the first three ingredients in a large bowl
Mix the next three ingredients in a small bowl
Pour it into the dry ingredients and add the apple cider vinegar and the eggs.
Beat with a hand mixer for about three minutes
Boil water on stovetop, turn on oven to 200 degrees for 10 minutes and turn off.
Shape dough into a loaf shape and put into a loaf pan that is lined with parchment paper
Pour the boiling water into a casserole dish and put on the first rack of oven
Place the loaf, covered with a towel on the top shelf and close the door.
Let the bread proof for one hour. Do not open door
Remove the towel after one hour and turn the oven on to 350 degrees and bake about an hour.
Insert a toothpick to make sure its done in the center.
Remove from oven and let rest for 30-60 minutes.
Remove from pan and slice when cooled.
