Directions:  
Cook bacon, and break into small pieces. Arrange in pie shell. Beat together eggs, salt and pepper. Stir in cheeses. Spread evenly over bacon in pie shell. Bake 20 minutes, or until inserted knife comes out clean, in 375ยบ oven.
Good for a light meal with a side salad.
