If it’s sticking at the bottom, lower the heat a little.

Add milk and sugar; stir well until combined. Cover with lid and simmer for 15 more minutes. Stir corn at least one time during this 15 minutes. If it’s sticking at the bottom, lower the heat a little more. Sprinkle parsley over the corn and stir to combine.
