Directions:  
Mix warm water, sugar and yeast let yeast process. Add flour to liquids, and flax seed oil. Mix until it forms a stiff ball.
Let the dough rise in a covered bowl for an hour, or until it has doubled in size.
Divide dough and shape into bread loaves and let dough rise in greased bread pans for an hour,
Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes.
