Gather all ingredients

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees. Grease and flour a 10 inch Bundt pan

Mix together flour, 2 cups sweetener, salt, baking powder and baking soda in a large bowl. Add lemon juice to almond milk, let sit for 5 minutes. Blend it in dry ingredients with 1 cup butter, eggs and 2 tsp.vanilla with an electric mixer. Beat for 3 minutes on medium speed. Pour batter into prepared pan.
Bake in preheated oven until a wooden toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean, about 1 hour.

When the cake is almost finished baking, make the butter sauce. Combine 3/4 cup sweetener, 1/3 cup butter, water and 2 tsp vanilla in a sauce pan over medium heat. Cook and stir until fully melted and combined. Do not boil.

Remove the cake from the oven. Prick holes in the still warm cake , then slowly pour the butter sauce over the top. Let the cake cool completely before removing it from the pan, about 30 minutes.
