Directions:  
preheat oven to 425 degrees, brush entire halibut with olive oil season with salt, pepper and paprika.
mix parmesan cheese and green onion
coat the halibut with parmesan mix and place skin side down on baking dish or sheet pan.
Bake 12-15 minutes or until temperature reads 145 F.
