Directions:  
Place breadcrumbs in a bowl with the milk and allow to soak. Add pork, quince paste, rosemary, salt and pepper and mix well to combine. Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape into patties. Heat fry pan. Cook patties 4 minutes each side until cooked through. Divide the rolls between plates, spread each with the relish and top with radicchio leaves. Top with the patties and remaining bread. Serve with chips
