dice the onion
separate half of the old el paso sauce, and half of the cheese

preheat the oven 350 degrees
in a small bowl mix the onion, pepper, sour cream, taco seasoning, taco sauce, half of the old el paso sauce and half of the cheese. blend well, place half of the mixture on each tortilla, roll then place seam side down in a baking dish, top with the other half cheese on each then drizzle the old El paso sauce over the tortillas.
you could add diced avocado or scallions for topping options or eat as is.
cover with foil bake for 10 minutes, remove foil cook for five more minutes. Timing will depend on your oven heat.
