buy a large green pepper....equivalent to 1.5 of 2/5 inch pepper..it will be about 3.5 inch in diameter

mix cooked rice, raw hamburger and egg in a bowl

add salt and pepper to taste

cut top off of pepper and seed (or slice open sideways and seed)

stuff the pepper with the meat/rice mix

add catsup to top

bake in air fryer oven (350) until pepper is tender (about an hour)
