Directions:  
heat crock pot 6-8 hours
rinse chicken thighs then pat dry
generously sprinkle pepper, garlic powder and paprika over thighs
place chicken in crock pot, top with butter and minced garlic
pour chicken broth around the chicken, cover with lid. cook until done
165 degrees.
