Directions:  
Heat 1 tbsp oil in skillet. Add gyoza and water. Cover and cook until bottom sides are browned. Transfer to plate. Add remaining oil to skillet. Add broccoli, red pepper, onion, scallions, and garlic. Cook stirring often until vegetables are tender. Add gyoza, soy sauce lime juice, oyster sauce, and honey. Toss together. Cook and stir until sauce thickens. Sprinkle with nuts and serve.
