Directions:  
Place oil in skillet over medium heat. Reserve egg yolk, mix remaining ingredients together in b owl. Spoon into heated skillet, forming a patty. With a spoon, make a dent in the middle of the potato patty the size of the egg yolk. Add yolk into dent. Cook, covered about 5 minutes. Flip over and cook until cooked through
