Directions:  
cut off the corn cob end about 1/2 inch, place a damp paper towel around all of the corn cob. microwave for 3 minutes. remove and discard paper towel, peel off everything until you have a clean cob, (this will be hot to the touch, wear gloves or use large amount of paper towels) let the corn cool, when cool using a knife remove corn starting at the top slicing down to the cob end. place in a container, refrigerate until ready to use.
chop the tomato into small pieces. slice the avocado into small pieces, chop the red onion into small pieces. dice the cilantro. place into a medium bowl, add the cooled corn.
mix in a small bowl the olive oil, salt, pepper and lime juice. refrigerate to cool. enjoy pepper, salt, lime and cilantro to taste
