Directions:  
chop dice cabbage, onion, celery set aside
separate turkey meat, place in a nonstick frypan with lid, add the onion and celery. add the spices. Add the butter cook on medium high heat. frequently stirring with spatula.
when celery and meat are almost done add the cabbage along with the water, add more water if needed. lower the heat cover the mixture with a lid, let steam until cabbage is translucent. check often to ensure the water keeps moisture in the pan. Remove pan from stove drain water and juices then plate on a saucer.
