Directions:
wash the cilantro, chop it finely. Peel and mince garlic. wash limes, zest and juice them. In a bowl whisk together honey, lime zest, lime juice, olive oil, salt and pepper, garlic and cilantro for marinade. rinse then pat dry salmon, place on foil, all sides up above the salmon generously cover the salmon with the marinade sauce. place the parchment paper in the air fryer. place the marinated fish on top of the paper. start the air fryer at 375 for 15 minutes or when you reach 140 degrees with thermometer the salmon will be well done. after 15 minutes do a test check, as not all air fryers heat the same.
