Directions:  
preheat oven to 350
blend or mix cottage cheese until mostly smooth.
In a bowl mix cottage cheese
eggs
ground oats
baking powder
salt

let batter sit for 5-10 min.
pour into greased loaf pan or shape into a thick round on parchment paper
Bake 25-35 min until set and lightly golden
let cool a bit

to make a more bread like version use 1 cup cottage cheese 3 eggs 1 cup oat flour or ground oats.1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder, salt oil if using
