Directions:

Cut pork into 1-2" cubes, set aside.

In large saucepan, bring water and tomatoes to boil.

Lower heat to simmer until tomato is easily crushed w/spoon.

Add Tamarind Soup mix, pepper and pork and increase heat to rolling boil.

Add radish, and sitaw/long beans, cover and simmer for 3-5 minutes.

Turn off heat and add kangkong. Cover to steam cook for 15 minutes.

Serve hot with rice.
