Directions:  
On a foil lined pan, place fish in top oven rack under preheated broiler. Broil 2-4 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork. Mix soy sauce, oil, hot sauce, ginger, onion, and cilantro in a small microwave safe bowl. Microwave mix on high for 2 minutes, stirring once. Remove fish from oven. Transfer to plate, then pour heated soy mixture over fish.
