Description: 2 layers of fresh zuccini covered in home made spaghetti sauce no sugar added, just tomatoes, peppers, spices and herbs in a 9x13 pan cover with thin layer of provolone or fresh parmesan cheese
Ingredients:  Makes 20 servings (2-0/1 each)

Directions:  
Preheat oven to 350 d.
Slic large zuccini about 3/8" thick (peeling is optional) and place slices 2 deep in 9X12 baking dish. Pour the pre-prepared spaghetti sauce over the zuccini. Then place thin slices of your favorite cheese over the top and place in preheated oven. Don't used pre-grated cheese as it has too many preservatives. Buy it in blocks and slice it or grate it yourself.
