Directions:  
Combine first 5 ingredients in a saucepan. Bring mixture to a boil, stirring sugar until it dissolves. Reduce heat to medium; simmer for 25 minutes. Strain into measuring cup. Cool to room temperature. Stir in vinegar and vanilla. Pour into 12 ice pop molds. Freeze overnight.
