in large bowl place 2 pkgs of Stove top stuffing in bowl cover with 2-1/2 cups of hot water set aside.
2)spread chunk chicken in bottom of 9x13 baking dish.

in bowl mix 2 small cans or one large can of Cream of Chicken soup on can evaporated milk and seasonings pour over chicken.

evenly spread stuffing on top of mixture.

cover with tin foil and bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes
