when rice is done, heat skillet put in the oil to lightly coat the bottom of the pan.

toss in Carrots or any hard veggies of your choice. WHen they soften a bit add in the frozen veggies, cover for a minute to thaw out the veggies, then throw in the rest of the ingrediant. minus the soy sauce and the corn starch

in a small cup or dish mix some of the soy sauce with some water and the corn starch until it becomes a slurry. Poor into pan.

add spices, the rest of the soy sauce, and the oyster sauce, a touch of vinegar and a bit of honey

when everything is hot dish and serve with rice.
