Directions:  
Process together scallions, chiles, ginger, garlic, thyme, paprika, allspice, cinnamon, cloves, white wine vinegar, soy sauce, and pepper. Pour mixture over the chicken. Coat well and marinate for at least 24 hours. Remove chicken from the marinade. Grill over medium heat for 30 minutes, turning, and basting with remaining marinade occasionally.
