Pound chicken out between two sheets of plastic wrap. Season meat with salt and pepper. Place flour in a small dish; dredge chicken.

Melt butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken to the pan; cook 3 minutes. Flip chicken over. Add broth, juice, and capers. Simmer for 3 minutes. Sprinkle parsley over chicken; cook 1 minute. Remove chicken from pan.

Bring sauce up to a boil. Cook for 2 minutes. Serve sauce over chicken.
