Cut tomato and onion into chunks and puree in blender with the garlic and 1 cup of the water.
Cut the zucchinis into chunks and set aside.

Toast the fideo in soup pot over medium/high heat. Stir constantly so that they don't burn. When brown, transfer the fideo to a bowl and set aside.

Pour the oil into the soup pan and heat just a bit. Then --carefully--pour the tomato puree mixture into the pot and heat to boiling. Add the Better Than Bouilon and remaining 5 cups of water and heat again to boiling. Add the fideo and cook at medium heat until almost done. Add chopped zucchini and cook until done.
