Directions:  
Prepare cheesecake or vanilla pudding by mixing 2 cups of the Soy milk with the pudding mix.

Cover the bottom of 6 small cups with 1/2 of the mixed berries.
Ladle 1/2 the cheesecake or vanilla pudding over the berries.
Reserve other 1/2 of the cheesecake or vanilla pudding for top layer.

Prepare the chocolate pudding, using the remaining 2 cups of Soy milk. Divide the chocolate pudding evenly among the 6 cups, covering the previous layer.

Sprinkle remaining berries on top of chocolate layer. Then ladle remaining cheesecake or vanilla pudding over the top.

Garnish with an extra berry on top and refrigerate until serving.
