Directions:  
Preheat oven to 350º.

Combine the first 5 ingredients in medium bowl; stir well with a whisk.

Combine flour and remaining dry ingredients (all except raisins and pecans) in a large bowl; make a well in the center of the mixture.

Add pumpkin mixture to flour mixture, stirring just until moist. Fold in raisins and nuts.

Spoon batter into 2 loaf pans (8x4 inch) or 4 mini-loaf pans coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350º for 50 minutes, or 25 minutes for mini-loaves, or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.

Cool completely on rack.
