Directions:  
Saute onion and garlic in oil 5 minutes. Sprinkle 1 tsp seasoning on chicken. Brown chicken on one side for 5 minutes. Remove chicken from pan. Bring water and broth to boil, Add rice, tomatoes and remaining seasoning. Lower heat setting to "low." Add chicken back to pot, cover and cook 20 minutes. Remove from heat, add in parsley and peas. Cover another 5 minutes
