Crush saltine crackers to desired consistency.

Combine crushed crackers, drained tuna, seasoning(optional) and eggs. I use my hands to mix and mash everything together.

Press patties by hand to size of your palm, and 1/2 inch thickness.

Heat 1/4-1/2 in of cooking oil over medium heat. Once oil is heated place patties in oil and cook till brown and crispy on underside, than turn and brown other side. Place on paper towel lined plate. Enjoy.
