Directions:  
-first cut all vegetable and your chicken
-in a large stock pot on med heat begin by sauteing your onion in the oil about 3-4
minutes when the onions are 1/2 cooked add the shredded cabbage and cook until it's about 1/2 cooked not soggy then add your bullium cubes and the mushrooms and cook for another 3-4 minutes until they start to get soft and mix well if you're using chicken stock wait until after the mushrooms are soft to add and set aside
- in a non stick panon med-high heat add 2 cups of water , chicken 1/2 teaspoon salt and 2 tablespoons black pepper
-cook all water out of the chicken, don't add oil and don't brown
-transfer the chicken to the stock pot and saute everything together fpr about 4-5 minute the fill the pot with water cook 1/4 of the way down and check taste for salt and pepper add as need
-serve hot!!
