heat oil over medium flame

saute ginger, chile and mushrooms for 5 minutes

Add Arora Creations Organic Cauliflower Gobi spices and saute additional 2 minutes

Add whole can of diced tomatoes with juice and simmer for additional 3 minutes

Add Cauliflower (broken into small florettes) and cook covered for 20 minutes, stirring occaisionally

Add 1/2 cup water during cooking for extra sauce.
