Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In blender container, mix strawberries until smooth. In saucepan, combine strawberries and cornstarch; cook and stir until thickened over medium-high heat. Allow to cool.

Combine graham crumbs and butter in a bowl. Press into bottom of greased 13x9-inch baking pan.

In large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Slowly beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Add eggs, lemon juice and vanilla; mix well. Pour over crust.

By spoonfuls, drop strawberry mix over batter. Gently swirl with a knife. Bake 30 minutes. Cool before cutting into bars. (Top with a light sprinkle of cinnamon if desired.)
