Directions:  
Heat a wok over high heat. Add peanut oil, swirl to coat. Add eggs, swirling to form an even layer; cook 30 seconds. Then, add rice, salt, and pepper. Stir-fry, breaking up egg, for 3 minutes. Add scallions and sesame oil; stir-fry until well combined and heated.
