Directions:  
wash and dry chicken, add to pot
clean and slice soup greens, add to pot
add garlic cloves, salt, pepper, coriander powder and water to pot
Boil on medium heat until chicken is fully cooked (about 90 minutes)
Remove chicken, let it cool until you can handle it. Remove all the chicken from bones and return to soup. (if needed and 1 or t2 boullion cubes to soup mix for flavor.

Serve with 1/4 cup of soup noodles.
