Directions:  
Add two oil to a frying pan and heat over medium heat
Add chopped onion and minced garlic
stir fry for a minute
add chicken breast that has been been cut into bite sized pieces
stir fry for two minutes
add broccoli and stir well
Add cold water to the cornstarch and mix until cornstarch is dissolved
Add to the fry pan, stir, cover, lower heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes
