Directions:
1
first preheat oven to 350 or 400 degrees
2
get a pan (and line it with aluminum foil if you choose)and spray it down good with any 0 cal cooking spray of your choice. (please spray it well cause if you don't your fries will end up sticking to ur pan and not be as crunchy.)
3
take 1 or 2 eggs (only use the whites) put them in a bowl and take a fork to beat it to a fluffy bubbly consistancy(prob takes a min or two to achieve)
4
next peel your potatoe and cut it into half circles or into fry shapes (make sure if you cut into fry shape that there not skinny lil sticks)
5
take your fries and put them into your bowl of egg whites and coat your fries very well. (this will help give them there crunch while they cook without useing oil)
6
now arrange your fries into rows onto your cooking pan that you sprayed earlier (don't dump the entire bowl into pan cause you don't need all that egg.) you will have excess egg white left over and thats fine. you don't need it anymore so throw out excess egg whites.
7
now add salt if you choose and spice up with your choice of spice. put into the oven and cook for 30 minutes or until you get a golden color to your fries. if you like crunchy fries leave in oven a little bit longer but be careful that you don't burn them lol!
8
enjoy! i hope you like them cause they are my favorite!
