Directions:  
In a bowl, combine grapes, pears, 2 tablespoons of flour and extract. Spoon fruit mix into a lightly greased square baking dish. In another bowl, combine brown sugar, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, oats, and remaining flour. Cut in butter until mix looks like coarse crumbs. Stir in walnuts. Sprinkle topping over fruit. Bake for 30 minutes at 375 degrees.
